March 2012 : iResearch Services awarded ISO 20252 certification

iResearch Services, one of the leading market research outsourcing firms, announced today that it has earned the internationally-recognized ISO 20252:2006 certification for provision of Primary Research, Data Processing and Survey Programming via CATI and CAWI.

"iResearch Services clients are primarily Research & Consulting Corporations globally with stringent security policies and procedures of their own, this certification is just another step towards our recoginition on commitment to quality as we continously seek to improve our service levels," said Yogesh Shah, Director Sales, iResearch Services.

This two-stage process for achieving ISO 20252:2006 certification began with an accredited certification organization performing a pre-assessment of company's existing policies, procedures and internal framework to determine its readiness for compliance. Finally, a thorough policy and process review was conducted by a team of auditors onsite at the company. This second stage determines whether certification is granted after an in-depth audit and after ensuring that a framework has been properly implemented and is being maintained according to the standard.
