This Policy describes iResearch Services Private Limited’s information collection practices relating to the websites at which this policy is located, including www.iresearchservices.com and www.panelengage.com (collectively, the “Sites”). This policy does not cover information collected offline or elsewhere by iResearch Services. Your visit to iresearchservices.com is subject to this privacy policy.

WHAT WE COLLECT

HOW IS MY INFORMATION COLLECTED?

We collect information directly from you – for example, when you subscribe for newsletter, articles and blogs, download case studies or register for a panel, participate in a survey, fill out a form requesting information from us, or give us access to information you post to a social networking site, such as Facebook, Twitter or Linkedin.

iResearch Services publishes regular e-mail newsletters. Users can sign up for newsletters from our home page by providing their e-mail address. This information will not be shared with third parties. Information on how to unsubscribe is also included in every newsletter. We would not provide your email address to a third party unless you have asked us to.

We collect information from you passively – we use common tracking techniques like traditional cookies, Flash cookies, and web beacons. This policy describes how and when we use these technologies.

iResearch Services records details of individual accesses to its web pages. This information may include details of Internet IP addresses and browser types.

WHEN DO WE SHARE INFORMATION?

We do not sell your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to any third parties for commercial reasons without your consent.

We may share your PII with our clients for their business purposes – for example companies on whose behalf we conduct various kinds of research projects. The following information is shared:

  1. We share non-identifiable information from research projects with clients. This includes background information combined with survey opinion data.
  2. Clients may request that we share personal information with them for their own marketing purposes. You will be provided an opportunity to agree to having your information shared before it is provided to the client.
  3. With and among the Sites and the other companies affiliated with iResearch Services (the “Affiliated Parties”) for their business purposes – for example, if you are a member of one panel on PanelEngage.com.
  4. Within iResearch Services Social Networks – if you post content in a social networking community forum operated by iResearch Services, it will be publicly available to other members of that community, and we cannot ensure that they will respect your privacy.
  5. For other reasons that may be disclosed to you – in some situations we may disclose information about you for reasons not set forth in this policy. We will disclose those reasons to you either at the time we collect your information or before we share your information with third parties, and will give you information about how to limit the sharing at that time.
