Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager/Executive. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our clients and ensuring the success of their campaigns. This role would report into SVP Sales Operations.

Responsiblities:
• Take a lead in data feasibility for RFPs coming from Sales/clients, coordinating between teams such as data acquisition, operations, and sales.
• Understand the RFPs and client expectations in the initial data requests.
• Onboard new clients/campaigns effectively.
• Conduct external kick-off calls with clients / internal kick-off calls with the team.
• Get creative assets (landing pages, email copies, tele scripts, banners, etc.) approved by clients.
• Proactively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare campaign onboarding decks / kick-off checklists.
• Maintain check-in/balance of each campaign and account.
• Keep clients and teams informed on campaign progress and provide a heads-up in case of any foreseen challenges.
• Prepare wrap-up reports for campaigns.
• Collect CSAT feedback from clients.
• Pitch for upsell and renewal of campaigns once the initial campaign is completed.

Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
