Overview:
It’s an exciting time for thought leadership agency iResearch Services as we are enjoying significant international growth. We’re looking for a tech-first Editorial Project Manager to join our growing team, as we expand the Editorial function with brand-new roles. The Editorial Project Manager will be placed within and work closely with the Editorial team. They will also collaborate with clients, vendors and other teams – notably, Research Operations, Sales and Marketing – on client and marketing/communications projects.

Responsiblities:
• Using project management best practice to oversee the smooth running of projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
• Project management across all Editorial team activities, including on the client side and our own Editorial content activities, as well as with Sales, Marketing/PR and Market Research teams.
• Defining project leads, scope, deliverables, resources (internal and external) and collaborators (internal and external, including clients and vendors).
• Coordinating with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors as needed to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Managing our pool of external vendors and freelancers, including overseeing procurement practices, onboarding new freelancers, and ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices by liaising with the Finance department.
• Measuring project performance and using this data to identify areas of improvement, particularly around collaborations.
• Managing the Editorial team calendar, as well creating, updating and maintaining the Editorial boards on Monday.com.
• Provide valuable input and represent the Editorial team on selected internal projects.
• Facilitating effective internal communication for the Editorial team, including disseminating information, coordinating meetings, and fostering collaboration between teams.
• Supporting on processes and process innovation on ongoing Thought Society™ innovation activity.
• Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of project management experience, with a technology-first approach
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practice
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure quality and consistency in all activities.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work as a creative and adaptable team member, and with colleagues and clients across the world.
