As an Email Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, developing, and executing email marketing campaigns. Your primary goal will be to engage our target audience, nurture leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers. This position requires a deep understanding of email marketing best practices, a keen eye for detail, and a strategic mindset.
• Email Campaign Strategy: Plan, develop and implement an email marketing strategy end-to-end.
• Content Creation: Create compelling email content that resonates with the specified target audience. Including copywriting, designing email templates, and ensuring responsive design. Proofread emails for clarity & grammar.
• Audience Segmentation: Segment email list to deliver personalized and relevant content, increasing engagement and conversions.
• A/B Testing: Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, content, and designs to improve open and click-through rates.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse email campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• List Management: Manage and maintain our email database, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with email marketing regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on email marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to share with the team and leadership.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure email marketing aligns with broader marketing strategies.
• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Benchmark, HubSpot, or Marketo.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• Excellent copywriting and design skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
• Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
