Are you seeking the opportunity to join a fast-growing digital technology publication and lead generation agency? Are you passionate about driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and experienced in managing a small international team? If so, then we want to hear from you. TechInformed is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Global Marketing to join and play a pivotal role in scaling our already successful business in EMEA and APAC into the US.

Managing a team of 5 globally, you will lead development and management by implementing comprehensive lead generation strategies across various channels, qualify leads and nurture them through the marking and sales funnels whilst working closely with the sales team to understand their needs and ensure alignment between the marketing and sales efforts. You will also develop and execute content marketing and develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement. This role will work closely with the editorial team to grow the readership audience and collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.

Additionally, you will also manage KPIs and marketing budget whilst conducting market research and performing competitive industry analysis to ensure we are ahead of trends. This role involves tracking and analysing marketing campaign performance and reporting on key metrics.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Global Marketing within B2B tech Space,
• A proven track record of success in lead generation, content writing and marketing, email marketing and social media marketing in the lead gen and/or publishing industry.
• SEO optimization
• Past team management experience.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working closely with sales teams and managing client relationships.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (ideally SFDC marketing cloud), email marketing and outbound sequences, and social media marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
