HR Director

Overview:
Are you a human resources maverick, ready to take on the challenge of leading a global team and shaping the future of a rapidly growing organization? Then we want YOU as our HR Director. We are searching for a candidate for this exciting high-level leadership role with the main objective of developing and implementing human resources strategies and policies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the company. This role requires a minimum of 15 years of human resources management experience, at least seven years in a senior-level position, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The HR Director will also serve as a key executive team member and counsel the CEO on all matters related to human resources.

Responsiblities:
• Develop and implement human resources strategies and policies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the company
• Oversee the recruitment process for all levels of employees, including senior-level positions, in India, South Africa, and the United States
• Collaborate with senior management to identify and address employee engagement, retention, complaints and development needs

• Lead, manage, grow and report on Learning and Development Program for employees
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to employment, taxation and labour laws
• Benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans
• Managing the human resources budget
• Overseeing and managing payroll processing, performance management and implementing best practices
• Serve as a key member of the executive team and provide counsel to the CEO on all matters related to human resources
• Manage and align roles of VP HR & Sr. HR Manager and mentoring current HR Generalist resources and monitoring their goals, performance and streamlining their work
• Use comprehensive data and insights to inform business cases for changes to talent strategies or practices
• Facilitate large-scale talent-related change management activities, driven by the business units
• Lead succession planning, talent development and engagement strategies for the client group, identifying critical roles & preparing potential talent and pipelines for mentoring, training, etc
• Monitor HR software and systems, including HRIS or applicant tracking system, to manage HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Manage employee data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
• Build and manage online platforms for enhancing communication and collaboration among employees
• Advise on the use of technology for remote work and ensure employees have the tools and technology they need to be productive
• Identify and evaluate new technol

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in HR management, including 3+ years in senior-level roles
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Master’s degree in human resources or related field (preferred)
• Experience managing HR in a multinational company
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of employment and labour laws in various regions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Knowledge of HRIS systems and tools
• Experience in a Matrix Organization
• Experience leading HR in a multi-business unit environment
• Experience with organizational transformation and change
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Ability to adapt to changing organizational environments
• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time
