Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for an inside sales professional to join our growing commercial team focusing on thought leadership. The individual will be working hand in hand with the VP of sales and inside sales team to assist in building new opportunities and pipeline for the sales team. This role requires a driven and enthusiastic person with flair and gusto to help initiate conversations that can lead to lucrative partnerships. The right candidate will be able and willing to use a multitude of channels to engage, nurture and develop prospects down the funnel to a consultation with one of the senior sales members. This primarily includes cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email as some of the channels. You will also be expected to work with the marketing function to help highlight leads and targets to help you drive meeting conversions. The candidate will be expected to have some understanding of marketing and a basic knowledge of thought leadership. There will be on-boarding and training to help assist in the development so that the candidate has the best opportunity to flourish in their respective role. - Utilise CRM systems and other platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Sales experience with focus on contacting prospects and lead through telephone and cold calling.
- Researching prospects and leads.
- Basic understanding of marketing and thought leadership.
- Working with other divisions and teams for a common goal.
- Deliver reporting monthly and effectively use CRM systems.
- Presentation development.

• Proven Sales experience with a focus on contacting prospects and leads through telephone and cold calling.
• A track record of strategic selling approach.
• Experience if using a CRM system
• Ambitious and tenacious with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Actively Motivated and driven.
• Project management experience.
• Previous experience in PR/Comms and lead generation.
• Media/publishing experience.
