Responsiblities:
• Responsible for preventive maintenance of all technical devices within the company, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and other devices.
• Creating, Monitoring, Maintaining, Measuring, and updating IT policies and procedures based on industry best practices.
• Reviewing reports from other departments to ensure the proper functioning of IT services.
• Planning, designing, and implementing new computer hardware or software systems.
• Coordinating the implementation of new technology within the organization and working with vendors, IT staff, and management.
• Supervising IT staff, including computer programmers, systems analysts, and network engineers.
• Managing IT budgets and expenditures to ensure the successful completion of projects within time and budget constraints.
• Developing security measures such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software to protect computer networks.
• Providing technical support to end users for computer applications and hardware products.
• Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Operating Systems, Desktops, Printers, Network Devices, Firewalls, Internet, Dialler’s, Remote Desktops, and other equipment
• Communicate with employees using a platform to educate them about security, best practices, knowledge, and essential resolution.
• Managing uptime of all IT infrastructure, including different domains, servers, and more.
• Monitoring and maintaining FTP sites.
• Evaluating vendors and providing end-user training.
Additional Responsibilities
• To support in preparing training modules for employees, including creating training materials and conducting training sessions to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and processes.
• To investigate and address any instances of data manipulation or unauthorized usage of company resources by employees to maintain the security and integrity of company information.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, including negotiating contracts, evaluating.
Requirements:
• A master’s degree in computer science or a related field emphasizes IT management and leadership principles.
• 11+ years of hands-on experience in IT management, including at least five years of experience in a senior leadership role, where the person has been responsible for leading teams, making strategic decisions, and delivering on IT initiatives.
• Proven experience in budget development, including the ability to create and manage budgets, track expenses and revenue and adjust as needed to ensure that projects are completed within time and budget constraints.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends, solving problems, and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting technical information to nontechnical audiences, negotiating with vendors and stakeholders, and building effective relationships with internal and external partners.
