Overview:

This is a unique opportunity to start your career in Market research where exposure to different Industry topics and learning is the key reward. As a Research Associate, the candidate gets an opportunity to work in Market Research Department working on different projects and topics. Candidates with Bachelors, master’s with or without relevant experience and good communication in Business English are most preferred.
Responsiblities:
• Good command over English.
• Neutralized Accent to work across countries.
• Work on multiple research projects.
• Excel knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills (both written and spoken) in Business English.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with senior executives and use their insights.
• Target Oriented and Meeting all internal and external deadlines.
• Good Secondary Research Skills.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of conducting primary research (qualitative and quantitative interviews) for different sectors across various regions in the globe.
• Sector experience in FMCG/Technology/Finance would be preferred.
• 2 - 5 years of investment industry experience with a passion for the industry and strong working knowledge of asset management or equity research is an advantage.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with senior executives and use their insights.
• Adaptable to work on rotational shifts.
