Overview:
Sales Development Representative is responsible to find new business opportunities. This role is particularly crucial as he/she will be the first point of contact with potential customers.

Responsiblities:
• Making cold calls to connect to schedule meetings for sales reps.
• Make over 100 calls per day.
• Performing research on competitors, consumer behaviour, market trends, product developments and lead acquisition methods.
• Analysing customer personas and target audience demographics to generate leads.
• Compiling lists of potential leads to contact with information.
• Developing and implementing email campaigns to attract new leads.
• Collaborating with sales teams to identify and convert prospective customers.
• Managing a company's inventory by sourcing new vendors.

Requirements:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: To manage time effectively and prioritize the various tasks.
• Interpersonal Skills: To strive to use a personalized approach to build relationships with leads. To use interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with their fellow employees, including sales representatives or account executives.
• Strategy Building: He/She may develop creative strategies to achieve goals. To use business acumen and strategy-building skills to identify productive ways to distinguish their company's products or services from others in the marketplace.
• Strong problem: solving skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry best practices and trends.
• Awareness of emerging technologies and their impact.
