You will be instrumental in propelling the organization's growth by developing innovative end-to-end recruitment strategies, overseeing employee experience, implementing policies and performance management initiatives, and cultivating a remarkable work culture that benefits all employees. With a minimum of 5 years of human resources management experience and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic setting, you will be a crucial executive team member. Providing counsel to the SVP HR and/or CEO on all matters about human resources, seize this opportunity to impact our organisation's continued success.
Responsiblities:
HR Strategy and Leadership:
• Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that align with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
• Serve as a key member of the senior management team, advising on all matters related to human resources.
Talent Management and Workforce Planning:
• Lead and manage talent acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify skills gaps and suggest targeted training and development programs.
Performance Management and Employee Development:
• Lead the development and execution of performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Identify and implement employee training and development opportunities that align with organizational goals and individual career aspirations.
• Advocate for the organization's culture code across all global employees, both current and new, fostering a shared sense of values and commitment
Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Develop and maintain positive employee relations, promoting open communication and addressing concerns proactively.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary procedures and grievances.
• Design and implement wellbeing initiatives and programs to promote a healthy work-life balance.
HR Policies, Compliance, and Risk Management:
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with UK employment law and industry best practices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPD certification or equivalent qualification required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years as HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient with new HR technologies and tools and Microsoft Office Applications.
