Restaurant Online Delivery Service Study

This study was conducted to determine what percentage of restaurants in first-tier, second-tier, and emerging markets have partnered with GrubHub and Seamless and also to find out which *other* online ordering services are being used by restaurants in those markets.

 

Research advisory & campaign strategy

The study was proposed to be conducted with a 3 months gap and two additional questions were recommended to segment and analyze responses. The sample size was adjusted to account for all the surveyed and new respondents.
