Restaurant Online Order Tracking Study

This study was conducted to understand what percentage of restaurants’ daily check volume is attributable to web-based ordering services, and how that percentage trends over time. Also, to know what is the tracking percentage of online orders that are for delivery vs. on-site pick-up.
