Yogesh is an active investor, a tech optimist, mentor to young entrepreneurs and a future enthusiast - always looking for more comfortable, better and more efficient ways to solve problems. He holds an MBA, and also undergone leadership training at London Business school and actively shares his insights on Forbes, Linkedin and Medium. Before working with iResearch, Yogesh worked in senior leadership roles into sales and marketing with technology firms and banks.
Rahul is a marketing executive with a proven history of founding, leading and developing various marketing & consulting firms across Europe. He has a M.Sc. degree in International Marketing from the University of Leeds and a Certificate in e-Commerce & Accounting from the London School of Economics.
Rahul has worked for Westminster Business Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as managing director. W.B.C. is a market research & support firm set up by the University of Westminster that promotes entrepreneurship, start-ups and SME’s in the UK.
He is also the co-founder of a UK body which promotes entrepreneurship among students in the UK in coordination with its European counterpart JADE, which is also supported by the European Union.

Niraj Shirgaokar has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Bombay University with 27 years of experience in professionally managed Multinational and Indian companies.
He has recently been appointed Vice President of the Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) and is currently serving as a Board Member of the Indian Sugar Exim Corporation (ISEC). He is also currently serving as a Board Member of Synergy Green Industries Ltd. and SB Reshellers Pvt. Ltd.
Shirgaokar has also co-founded and promoted “iResearch Services", which is one of the country’s leading marketing first, Research-based, Thought Leadership companies.
He has earlier served as the President of South Indian Sugar Mills Association (SISMA).
He is also an avid sportsman and has played Squash for India. He has been the Over – 35 National Singles Squash Champion and also been the Captain of the victorious Maharashtra State Men’s Squash Team for two years. Kevin is a seasoned sales, PR, and business development consultant with over 13 years’ experience helping business leaders meet their strategic objectives with thought leadership initiatives. Adrian has a solid career track record in B2B marketing, generating top-line revenue growth and bottom-line profit, managing brands, strategy, execution, budgets, relationships, and partnerships in line with business objectives, and using data to make decisions balanced with commercial priorities, realities, and common sense.
He’s married with two children and can occasionally be seen cycling around the Chilterns in the UK on either a road or mountain bike.
