Yogesh is an established business professional with an extensive background in consulting, market research, data analytics, and business leadership. Throughout his career, he has leveraged his skillset in advanced research methodologies and project management to provide business professionals with trend-setting insights.
As a CEO, Yogesh has helped iResearch grow into a marketing-first agency helping Fortune 500 brands to build digital-trust with their modern consumer through thought leadership. He provides guidance & strategic direction to all cross-functional teams at iResearch and is keenly involved in developing new initiatives that help in improving customer experience. He is committed to creating a sustainable future for iResearch by staying on cutting-edge of emerging tech.
He initiated Giving for Good Foundation, a charity supporting disadvantaged children for education & sports, and having a sustainable environmental mission. He actively steers several campaigns through this award-winning social venture which has underpinned & enriched lives of more than 10,000 children in 2019.
Yogesh is an active investor, a tech optimist, mentor to young entrepreneurs and a future enthusiast - always looking for more comfortable, better and more efficient ways to solve problems. He holds an MBA, and also undergone leadership training at London Business school and actively shares his insights on Forbes, Linkedin and Medium. Before working with iResearch, Yogesh worked in senior leadership roles into sales and marketing with technology firms and banks.
Rahul is a marketing executive with a proven history of founding, leading and developing various marketing & consulting firms across Europe. He has a M.Sc. degree in International Marketing from the University of Leeds and a Certificate in e-Commerce & Accounting from the London School of Economics.
Rahul has worked for Westminster Business Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as managing director. W.B.C. is a market research & support firm set up by the University of Westminster that promotes entrepreneurship, start-ups and SME’s in the UK.
He is also the co-founder of a UK body which promotes entrepreneurship among students in the UK in coordination with its European counterpart JADE, which is also supported by the European Union.
With his broad leadership experience and established entrepreneurial initiatives across Europe, Rahul makes a valuable addition to our team.
Niraj Shirgaokar has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Bombay University with 27 years of experience in professionally managed Multinational and Indian companies.
He has recently been appointed Vice President of the Indian Sugar Mills Association (ISMA) and is currently serving as a Board Member of the Indian Sugar Exim Corporation (ISEC). He is also currently serving as a Board Member of Synergy Green Industries Ltd. and SB Reshellers Pvt. Ltd.
Shirgaokar has also co-founded and promoted “iResearch Services", which is one of the country’s leading marketing first, Research-based, Thought Leadership companies.
He has earlier served as the President of South Indian Sugar Mills Association (SISMA).
He is also an avid sportsman and has played Squash for India. He has been the Over – 35 National Singles Squash Champion and also been the Captain of the victorious Maharashtra State Men’s Squash Team for two years. He has represented Otters Club, Bombay Gymkhana as well as the Bombay University in a winning capacity and as captain several times. He is also a keen Golfer, Tennis Player and Cricketer.

Tinu Thomas is a dynamic sales professional who heads the lead generation & data services department. He has over 12 years of international expertise in various sales and customer service- oriented positions, with assignments that span Europe and the Middle East. Tinu enjoys a high level of cultural awareness which he leverages to provide an unmatched service to senior business leaders from across the globe.
Tinu graduated from a leading Swiss college with a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management. He is a passionate Barcelona FC supporter and enjoys discussing the Spanish Football League. Highly respected among his peers for his amiable and easy-going nature, Tinu’s farsighted and strategic insights make him an indispensable member of our team.
Vice President - Sales & Client Success
Kevin is a seasoned sales, PR, and business development consultant with over 13 years’ experience helping business leaders meet their strategic objectives with thought leadership initiatives. He has leveraged his sales experience, industry knowledge, and relationship management skills to expand and promote iRS’ influence and reputation in North America and Europe across a breadth of industries.
In his spare time, Kevin enjoys freshwater angling and camping. His motto is: “Consistency is the key to success,” a maxim he employs faithfully at iRS to the benefit of our clients.

Prosenjit is a motivated sales, research, and business development executive with over a decade of sales and research experience with various consulting, IT and business enterprises.
Prosenjit likes to tailor his approach to every client with the knowledge that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to customer service. With this flexible approach, he has engaged clients with remarkable success by leveraging his communication and listening skills to provide effective and lasting solutions to real-world problems.
When he’s not manning his role at iResearch Services, Prosenjit likes to try different cuisines and discuss football. He is an avid supporter of Chelsea FC.

Gurpreet is a passionate business development specialist with a key desire to deliver for his clients. With over 10 years’ experience he has assisted global organisations with their marketing needs, consulting on campaign strategy, media planning, market research, thought leadership and events. His approach focuses on aligning the clients marketing objectives to their business needs to achieve the desired outcomes. His past experience includes leading the technology practice at Longitude (Financial Times Thought Leadership division) and creating a marketing services proposition at Future plc.

Andrew Newby is a key project manager specialized in research planning with over 23 years of business leadership experience. A veteran of the media industry, Andrew has advised leading industry titans such as the Economist Intelligence Unit, Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, and Thomson Reuters.

Ashok is a business professional with over 14 years’ experience managing, training and developing the research & analysis teams. Anish has 10+ years’ experience in the ITES industry with an MBA degree in Marketing. His market expertise, people management skills & client satisfaction has added immense value to the Lead Generation branch of iResearch and has opened new avenues for the organization to explore into. In his leisure time Anish enjoys travelling, exploring new places, listening to music and playing cricket.

Siddharth is a business and IT professional with over 10 years’ experience in the fields of Quality, Six Sigma, IT Security Auditing and Privacy Standards. As Head of Quality and DPO for iRS, Siddharth drives end-to-end compliance for all our thought leadership initiatives.
In his spare time, Siddharth enjoys sketching, gaming, watching sci-fi movies and listening to music.

Kamaljit is a dynamic human resources specialist with over 12 years of dedicated HR experience. She is focused on understanding the crucial role people play as the main source of competitive advantage in organizations and leveraging these insights to fine-tune policies and systems.
Kamaljit holds a master’s degree in HR from a prestigious university and uses her expertise and experience to marshal the team toward common goals by instilling a positive, can-do attitude.
